Energy Revolution in a Brooklyn Townhome

Passive House BKLYN I

Passive House BKLYN I is a 4-story, 1890’s Landmark brownstone in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn. The house is configured as a two-family residence with a garden-level apartment and an owner’s upper triplex. The building also has a full cellar. The building dimensions are 21′ x 45′ and the lot size is 21′ x 100′. The parlor floor has 10′ 9″ ceilings. The original arched stained glass windows, mahogany casement trim and staircase mouldings are just a few of the original details that are still intact.
